Process Piping
- ASME B31.3 — TSSA QA-01698
- Chilled water and steam systems
We bring pipe welding expertise directly to your site, so there is no need to transport large equipment or take a system out of the building. Our welders arrive with the right tooling, consumables, and safety gear for the job in front of them, and they are qualified for the specific system they are working on.
We bring certified welding capability to your site rather than requiring that a system, an assembly or a piece of equipment be transported to a shop. That matters most when the item is installed, large, or part of a live system.
SMAW, GTAW and GMAW. Process selection depends on material, position, access and the applicable code.
Yes — TSSA-certified welders for pressure piping, boilers and pressure vessels, and Red Seal welders across SMAW, GTAW and GMAW.
Welding on live pressurized systems is carried out under our hot tapping and line stopping authorization, QA-03336, using qualified procedures. See hot tapping.
Scheduled evening, weekend and holiday work is routine so plant production is not interrupted. We do not operate an unscheduled emergency call-out service. For burst pipes and failed lines, phone is faster than email.
