International Mobile Welding Ltd. ("IMW", "we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect through it, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
We collect only what you choose to send us. If you complete the quote or contact form, that means your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message. If you email or call us directly, we hold whatever you provide in that correspondence. We do not request financial information through this website.
We use it to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, carry out work you engage us for, and keep records of our dealings with you. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
This site is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms so that they reach us. Our email is handled by Google Workspace. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms.
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our host records standard server request logs, which may include IP address and browser type, for security and performance purposes.
Enquiries and project correspondence are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, and code-compliance record-keeping obligations. For certified pressure piping and boiler work, those retention periods can run several years.
Under Canadian privacy law you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
