Metal Fabrication
- Structural steel assemblies
- Built to your drawings
Our Nobleton shop provides over 6,000 square feet of fabrication space. We build pump skids here for Canadian and American customers alike. Building in the shop rather than the field means better consistency, fewer hours on your site, less trade congestion, and a schedule that holds — particularly on pump skids, repetitive spool work, and high-pressure assemblies.
We build complete gas valve trains in the shop — regulators, meters, shutoff and control valves, and all interconnecting piping — assembled, pressure tested, and tagged before it ever leaves our floor. That means a fully proven assembly arrives on site ready to tie in, rather than a pile of components to fit up under field conditions.
From pump skids to mobile process racks, we fabricate the frame, mount the equipment, and run the piping in a controlled shop environment. Skids can be built stationary or on casters for mobile deployment, and every skid is built and checked in house before delivery — less time on your site, fewer surprises during commissioning.
